NOTIFICATION

Consequent upon the approval of the District Promotion Committee (DPC) constituted in the light of Notification vide No. SOR-III (S&GAD)2-15/87 (P-I) dated 19.01.2018 issued by S&GAD and guidance letter vide No. SO(SE-III)5-121/2011(P-I) dated 02.07.2019, in its meeting held on 05.09.2026, the following Primary School Teachers (PST’s) Male BS-14 are hereby promoted as Elementary School Teachers EST’s (Arts) in BS-15 on regular basis with effect from the date on which they will actualize / join their promotion in the school through Online E-Transfer on School Information System (SIS) with Q.R Coded order:-

Terms & Conditions

1. No TA/DA is admissible.
2. DDEOs will be responsible to get the verification of Degrees / Certificates of the promoted teachers before issuance of their Pay.
3. The teachers will actualize their promotion on School Information System (SIS) by selecting school through E-Transfer System in the upcoming timeline of E-Transfer.
4. According to the E-Transfer Rules 08.12.2022, this notification will be valid for 1 year; therefore, all the promoted teachers are directed to select maximum schools in their priorities. Teachers who have promotion entries with a promotion date 1 year prior to the start of the transfer round will not be treated as promotion applicants. After expiry, their cases will be discussed again in the DPC after observing the rules / policy in vogue.
5. Promoted teachers are prohibited to apply Mutual Transfer after their tagging on School Information System if teacher has been promoted and that promotion has not been actualized. In case of violation, promotion actualization period i.e. 1-year will be expired because after mutual transfer the teacher will not be entitled for any other transfer / posting even that actualization of his/her promotion up to 1 year.
