CIRCULAR

School Education Department has issued schedule of E-Transfer round which is going to be started on 25.05.2023. Following guidelines/directions may please be noted in this concern.

Awaiting posting officers / teachers are directed to apply on SIS for their postings. In case of non-compliance, their intervening / awaiting period will be considered as leave of kind due instead of pay purpose. They are further directed to get themselves updated on SIS from the office of Director (Monitoring) SED before starting of E-Transfer round.

The teachers deputed in Election duties will be bound to perform their Election
Duties as per duty assigned by Election Commission of Pakistan as per previous place of postings. Concerned Head Teachers / DDO and CEO (DEA) will be responsible to comply with the direction for the same. In case of non-compliance, disciplinary proceedings will be initiated under PEEDA Act, 2006.

All promoted teachers / officers are directed to choose maximum preferences for actualization of promotion on SIS. In case of failure, they will be posted / adjusted against those schools where dire need is required, automatically through School Information System (SIS).

محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن نے ای ٹرانسفر راؤنڈ کا شیڈول جاری کر دیا ہے جو 25.05.2023 کو شروع ہونے جا رہا ہے۔ مندرجہ ذیل رہنما خطوط / ہدایات براہ کرم اس تشویش میں نوٹ کی جائیں۔

پوسٹنگ کے منتظر افسران / اساتذہ کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ اپنی پوسٹنگ کے لیے SIS پر درخواست دیں۔ عدم تعمیل کی صورت میں، ان کے درمیانی/انتظار کی مدت کو تنخواہ کے مقصد کے بجائے واجب الادا رخصت سمجھا جائے گا۔ انہیں مزید ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ وہ ای-ٹرانسفر راؤنڈ شروع کرنے سے پہلے ڈائریکٹر (مانیٹرنگ) SED کے دفتر سے SIS پر اپ ڈیٹ ہو جائیں۔
الیکشن ڈیوٹیوں پر تعینات اساتذہ سابقہ کی طرح الیکشن کمیشن آف پاکستان کی طرف سے تفویض کردہ ڈیوٹی کے مطابق اپنی الیکشن ڈیوٹیاں سرانجام دینے کے پابند ہوں گے۔
پوسٹنگ کی جگہ. متعلقہ ہیڈ ٹیچرز/DDO اور CEO (DEA) ہوں گے۔
اس کے لیے ہدایت کی تعمیل کرنے کا ذمہ دار۔ عدم تعمیل کی صورت میں،
پیڈا ایکٹ 2006 کے تحت تادیبی کارروائی شروع کی جائے گی۔
تمام ترقی پانے والے اساتذہ/افسران کو ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ SIS پر پروموشن کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کے لیے زیادہ سے زیادہ ترجیحات کا انتخاب کریں۔ ناکامی کی صورت میں، انہیں اسکول انفارمیشن سسٹم (SIS) کے ذریعے خود بخود ان اسکولوں کے خلاف تعینات / ایڈجسٹ کیا جائے گا جہاں اس کی سخت ضرورت ہے۔
