03-DAY TRAINING OF ABSENTEES (PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS) ON
TEACHING OF THE HOLY QURAN (NAZRAH)

QAED has planned to launch 03-day training of all those Public School Teachers, who remained absent in the previous two rounds of training on teaching of the Holy Quran (Nazrah), in all 36 districts of Punjab from 22.05.2023. The training will be conducted in batches at each centre of a tehsil, where at least 02 classes per batch will be constituted for training.

Timings of the training are from 08.00 am to 03.30 pm District-wise and Tehsil-wise list of Public School Teachers to be trained can be accessed through QAED Training Management System. Timetable and training plan is being shared with you. For TMS related issues, please contact immediately the focal person TMS Ms
Ayesha Karim In-charge IT.

You are therefore requested to make necessary arrangement for conduction of
training in your respective districts. The CEOS (DEAs) are requested to get the trainees and MTs from the public sector relieved from their schools and ensure their 100% participation in the training. During the training, SOPs of COVID-19 may be strictly observed.

QAED نے 22.05.2023 سے پنجاب کے تمام 36 اضلاع میں ان تمام پبلک سکول ٹیچرز کی 03 روزہ ٹریننگ شروع کرنے کا منصوبہ بنایا ہے، جو قرآن پاک کی تعلیم کے بارے میں تربیت کے پچھلے دو دوروں میں غیر حاضر رہے تھے۔ تربیت ایک تحصیل کے ہر مرکز پر بیچوں میں منعقد کی جائے گی، جہاں تربیت کے لیے کم از کم 02 کلاسز فی بیچ تشکیل دی جائیں گی۔

ٹریننگ کے اوقات صبح 08.00 بجے سے دوپہر 03.30 بجے تک ہیں ضلع وار اور تحصیل وار پبلک اسکول ٹیچرز کی فہرست جو کہ ٹریننگ دیے جائیں گے QAED ٹریننگ مینجمنٹ سسٹم کے ذریعے حاصل کی جاسکتی ہے۔ ٹائم ٹیبل اور ٹریننگ پلان آپ کے ساتھ شیئر کیا جا رہا ہے۔ TMS سے متعلق مسائل کے لئے، براہ کرم فوری طور پر فوکل پرسن TMS محترمہ سے رابطہ کریں۔

اپنے متعلقہ اضلاع میں تربیت۔ CEOS (DEAs) سے درخواست کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ پبلک سیکٹر کے ٹرینیز اور MTs کو ان کے اسکولوں سے فارغ کریں اور تربیت میں ان کی 100% شرکت کو یقینی بنائیں۔ تربیت کے دوران، COVID-19 کے SOPs پر سختی سے عمل کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
