1. Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) has successfully completed the Training of Trainers (TOTS) at Divisional level in all the provinces/regions of Pakistan from 19th-23rd December, 2022. The Training of Enumerators (TOES) is going to be conducted at District/Tehsil level in all the province/regions of the Pakistan from 07th January, 2023. The list of the Trainers who have been selected on the basis of Evaluation during the Training of Trainers (TOTS) is attached. It is requested to the Trainers to report at
   training venue at 8:30 AM for conduct of the said training as per given schedule with great devotion and dedication for the national cause. Timings of the training session will be from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM daily. The training of Enumerators will be imparted in maximum three batches and duration of each batch is given
   below:

Directions.

1. Enumerators will collect Tablets/Devices from concerned Census District (List Attached) batch wise on.
   2 Trainers will collect USB (Training Material) and other necessary documents on 5th January, 2023 from concerned Census District (List Attached).

Batch-Il 12-16th January 2023
10th January, 2023
Batch-III 17-21st January 202
15th January, 2023

2. In order to ensure smooth flow of the TOES activities, following SOPs must be followed:
   • All the Trainers will observe punctuality/ regularity/discipline with true letter and spirit.
   • Sequence of the event of TOES will be observed as per given schedule.
   • Extensive training sessions will be conducted to make theEnumerators capable for quality data.
   • Conduct of pre-test and post-test to evaluate the previous and current knowledge of the participants.
   • Evaluation Forms filled by the trainees on daily basis.
   • Conduct of field Mock Exercise on last day of training during first half.
   • Feedback Forms of Listing/Enumeration App. filled by the trainees after conduct of Mock Exercise.
   • Training venues will be monitored virtually by PBS Headquarters.
3. This issues with the approval of Member (Support Services).

   Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang. Multan, Khanewal, Sahiwal, Vehari, Lodhran, Pak Pattan, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Rajanpur, Chiniot, Kot Addu, Wazirabad, Taunsa Sharif, Talagang, Murree.
3. All the Assistant Commissioners/ Cantt. Executive Officers/Census District Officers of Punjab (List attached)/(P.T.O)
