3. Mandatory Requirements
Candidates shall have to produce the following original certificates/documents at the time of interview:

4. General Instructions
1. Online Application
Applicants should apply only online through:

2. Age Calculation
The cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date, i.e. 02.09.2026.
3. Application Processing Fee
Each applicant will be required to pay a fee of Rs. 2,000/- per application/per post applied for processing of the application and conducting the requisite tests.
4. Fee Payment
The fee can be paid through 1Link-1Bill Service via:

Payment shall be made using the 24-digit PSID generated on the fee challan issued from the online application portal.
The fee shall be non-refundable.
5. Multiple Posts
If applying for more than one post, candidates must pay the fee separately for each post.
6. Physical Test
Candidates applying for multiple posts will have to pass the physical test only once.
7. No Hard Copy
Applications submitted by hand, through courier, or through any channel other than the mentioned online portal shall not be entertained.
No documents/photos/forms are required to be submitted in hard form until the interview stage.
8. No Relaxation
No relaxation in height, chest and age shall be granted to any candidate.
9. Correct Information
Applicants are bound to provide correct information. Provision of false information shall be liable to be proceeded against under Sections 420/468/471 PPC (forgery/fraud/cheating), punishable with imprisonment up to seven years.
10. Criminal Cases
The candidate shall disclose information about his/her involvement in any criminal case(s) as an undertaking on the online Application Portal at the time of submission of the application, whether he/she has been:
- Discharged
- Challaned
- Acquitted
- Convicted
- Subject to cancellation of FIR(s)

In case of a false undertaking/affidavit regarding non-involvement in criminal case(s), the application will be cancelled on the basis of provision of false information. The applicant shall be debarred from applying for police posts in future and legal action shall also be taken.

11. Transgender Candidates
Transgender persons can apply as per their self-perceived gender identity in accordance with the provisions of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018 and as per the gender mentioned in CNIC. 12. Government Employees
Government employees who meet the eligibility criteria will apply through proper channel.
13. Family Claim
Candidates applying for family claim, being the real son/grandson or real daughter/granddaughter of serving/retired/deceased police employees, shall provide complete documentation of their claim, such as:
- FRC
- Pension book
- Retirement order
- Other relevant documents
These documents must be provided at the time of interview.
14. Verification
Verification of character and academic antecedents of selected candidates will be conducted.
In case of any bogus/false information or criminal record, false affidavit or false undertaking, selection shall stand withdrawn/cancelled immediately and the candidate shall be discharged from service, if found after employment. Legal proceedings shall also be initiated against him/her.
15. Examination Centers
Details of examination centers are available at the application portal, where candidates can select two test centers priority-wise.
However, designation of the center for the applicant is the exclusive domain of ICT Police.
16. Endurance Test
Candidates are advised to:
- Wear joggers or suitable shoes.
- Bring their own bottle of drinking water during the endurance test.
- Get themselves medically checked for the endurance tests.
Candidates will be medically examined from Government or District Hospitals to ensure complete fitness before the endurance test and should bring their medical test/medical examination report along with them.
17. Test Stages
Only those candidates who qualify the physical/endurance and computer-based tests or written tests will be called for interview.
Passing a test/stage will qualify candidates for the next stage/test. A candidate failing in any stage/test will be disqualified for the next step/stage.
18. Verification of Physical Standards
The Departmental Recruitment Board (DRB) and its staff shall verify the physical standards of candidates at the time of interview again, if needed.
If any deficiency is found, the candidate shall stand disqualified for recruitment in ICT Police.
The decision of the DRB shall be final.
19. Higher Qualification
Candidates having higher qualifications will be given preference at the interview stage only.
20. Medical Examination
At the time of final selection, candidates will have to undergo a complete medical examination by the Medical Board/Civil Surgeon of the Federal Government.
During the medical examination, candidates having Hepatitis B & C and any other perpetual ailments shall also stand disqualified.
21. Rules & Regulations
Selected candidates shall accept Rules/Regulations governing:

- Promotion
- Retirement
- Other ancillary matters
as framed by the Government from time to time.
22. No TA/DA
No TA/DA shall be admissible for:
- Written tests
- Computer-based tests
- Physical/endurance tests
- Skill tests
