Subject: DISTRIBUTION OF FREE TEXTBOOKS TO PUBLIC SECTOR SCHOOLS FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-24
- PMIU-PESRP has been providing free textbooks from Class Kachi-X to all
government schools in the Punjab since 2004. For next Academic Session 2023-24, PMIU-PESRP has placed an indent for printing of 51.064 million free textbooks of Class Kachi-X, Tajweedi Qaida, Qurani Paras, Translation of Holy Quran and subject Ethics to Punjab
Curriculum & Textbook Board, (PCTB) Lahore (Annex-A). PCTB has been tasked with procurement, printing, binding, and timely delivery of free textbooks to PMIU in Central Warehouse, Lahore for further distribution to district/tehsil level. - PMIU-PESRP has received 34.972 million out of 51.064 million free
textbooks of Class Kachi-X, Tajweedi Qaida, Qurani Paras, Translation of Holy Quran and subject Ethics for the Academic Session 2023-24from PCTB till 12.03.2023. Moreover, PMIU-PESRP has further transported 30.008 million free textbooks to tehsil warehouses
across the Punjab. Remaining free textbooks will be delivered to tehsil warehouses upon provision of printed books by PCTB. Detail of free textbooks received from PCTB and transported to tehsil warehouses in the Punjab may be seen at Annex-B. - Once books are delivered at tehsil warehouses, it becomes the responsibility of concerned Chief Executive Officer (DEA) to further distribute the books
among all public sector schools and students within the district. Distribution of free textbooks from tehsil warehouses to schools is a time taking activity. It may takes at least two weeks’ time for further distribution of books from tehsil warehouses to schools. - In view of the above, it is requested that:
a) All Chief Executive Officers (DEA) in the Punjab may please be directed to start distribution of free textbooks to public schools from tehsil warehouses for the Academic Session 2023-24 within
their respective district.
b) PCTB may please be directed to expedite the delivery of remaining 16.092 million free textbooks, Tajweedi Qaida, Quranic Paras, Translation of Holy Quran and subject Ethics for the Academic Session 2023-24 to PMIU-PESRP so that same be delivered to tehsil warehouses without any delay. - PMIU-PESRP کلاس کچی-دس سے سبھی کو مفت نصابی کتب فراہم کر رہا ہے۔
پنجاب میں 2004 سے سرکاری سکول۔ اگلے تعلیمی سیشن 2023-24 کے لیے، PMIU-PESRP نے کلاس کچی-X کی 51.064 ملین مفت نصابی کتب، تجوید قاعدہ، قرآنی پارس، ترجمہ قرآن اور موضوع اخلاقیات کی طباعت کے لیے انڈینٹ رکھا پنجاب
کریکولم اینڈ ٹیکسٹ بک بورڈ، (PCTB) لاہور (Anex-A)۔ PCTB کو ضلع/تحصیل کی سطح پر مزید تقسیم کے لیے سینٹرل ویئر ہاؤس، لاہور میں PMIU کو مفت نصابی کتب کی خریداری، پرنٹنگ، بائنڈنگ اور بروقت فراہمی کا کام سونپا گیا ہے۔ - PMIU-PESRP کو 51.064 ملین میں سے 34.972 ملین مفت موصول ہوئے ہیں۔
PCTB سے 12.03.2023 تک تعلیمی سیشن 2023-24 کے لیے کلاس کچی-دس کی نصابی کتابیں، تجویدِ اصول، قرآنی پارس، قرآن پاک کا ترجمہ اور موضوع اخلاقیات۔ مزید برآں، PMIU-PESRP نے مزید 30.008 ملین مفت نصابی کتب تحصیل کے گوداموں تک پہنچا دی ہیں۔
پنجاب بھر میں پی سی ٹی بی کی طرف سے چھپی ہوئی کتابوں کی فراہمی پر باقی مفت نصابی کتب تحصیل کے گوداموں میں پہنچائی جائیں گی۔ PCTB سے موصول ہونے والی اور پنجاب کے تحصیل گوداموں میں منتقل کی جانے والی مفت نصابی کتب کی تفصیل Annex-B میں دیکھی جا سکتی ہے۔ - تحصیل کے گوداموں میں کتابیں پہنچانے کے بعد، یہ متعلقہ چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر (DEA) کی ذمہ داری بن جاتی ہے کہ وہ کتابوں کو مزید تقسیم کرے۔
ضلع کے اندر تمام سرکاری سکولوں اور طلباء کے درمیان۔ تحصیل گوداموں سے سکولوں تک مفت نصابی کتب کی تقسیم وقت کی ضرورت ہے۔ تحصیل گوداموں سے سکولوں میں کتابوں کی مزید تقسیم میں کم از کم دو ہفتے کا وقت لگ سکتا ہے۔ - مندرجہ بالا کے پیش نظر، یہ درخواست کی جاتی ہے کہ:
a) پنجاب میں تمام چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسرز (DEA) کو براہ کرم تعلیمی سیشن 2023-24 کے لیے تحصیل گوداموں سے سرکاری اسکولوں میں مفت نصابی کتب کی تقسیم شروع کرنے کی ہدایت کی جائے۔

ب) پی سی ٹی بی کو براہ کرم ہدایت دی جائے کہ وہ باقی 16.092 ملین مفت نصابی کتب، تجوید اصول، قرآنی پارس، قرآن پاک کا ترجمہ اور تعلیمی سیشن 24-2023 کے لیے اخلاقیات کے مضامین PMIU-PESRP کو پہنچانے میں تیزی لائیں تاکہ تحصیل ویئر ہاؤس کو ڈیلیور کیا جائے۔ بغیر کسی تاخیر کے. پیرا (4/n) کی منظوری کے لیے پیش کیا گیا، برائے مہربانی
