وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز شریف نے رمضان المبارک کی پیشگی تیاریوں کے لیے 47 ارب روپے کا رمضان نگہبان پیکیج منظور کر دیا ہے۔ اس پیکیج کا مقصد صوبے کے نادار اور مستحق خاندانوں کو مالی اور غذائی ریلیف فراہم کرنا ہے تاکہ رمضان کی برکتیں ہر گھر تک پہنچیں اور کوئی بھی ماں، باپ، مزدور یا سفید پوش خاندان تنہا نہ رہے۔

اہم خصوصیات اور فوائد:

• نقد امداد: پنجاب کے 42 لاکھ مستحق خاندانوں کو ہر ایک کو 10,000 روپے نقد دیے جائیں گے، جس سے تقریباً ایک کروڑ افراد مستفید ہوں گے۔
• رمضان نگہبان کارڈ: نادار افراد کو نگہبان کارڈ فراہم کیے جائیں گے۔ اس کارڈ کے ذریعے کیش کے علاوہ ضروری اشیاء کی خریداری ممکن ہوگی۔
  • ایکٹیویشن: 136 ایکٹیویشن مراکز قائم کیے گئے ہیں۔ کارڈ بینک آف پنجاب کی اے ٹی ایم، ون لنک نیٹ ورک، اور برانچ لیس بینکنگ ایجنٹس سے ایکٹیویٹ اور استعمال کیا جا سکے گا۔
  • خریداری: مقررہ دکانداروں سے خریداری اور فری ہوم ڈلیوری کی سہولت بھی دستیاب ہوگی۔
  • تقسیم: ضلعی انتظامیہ گھر گھر جا کر کارڈ فراہم کرے گی۔ رمضان نگہبان ڈیش بورڈ قائم کیا گیا ہے جہاں کارڈ ہولڈرز کو کال کرکے تصدیق اور چیکنگ کا نظام فعال ہے۔
• سی ایم راشن کارڈ: راشن کارڈ ہولڈرز کو رمضان میں عام 3,000 روپے ماہانہ کی بجائے 10,000 روپے دیے جائیں گے۔
• نگہبان دسترخوان – مریم کے مہمان: ہر تحصیل میں 8 دسترخوان قائم کیے جائیں گے۔ ہر روز 2,000 روزہ داروں کی افطاری ہوگی جس میں کھجور، سموسہ، دودھ/روح افزا، کیلا، اور چکن بریانی شامل ہوگی۔
  • کمشنرز، ڈپٹی کمشنرز، اسسٹنٹ کمشنرز، اور پنجاب فوڈ اتھارٹی کو روزانہ مانیٹرنگ کی ہدایت دی گئی ہے۔
• سہولت بازار: رمضان میں 30 اضلاع میں 65 سہولت بازار فعال ہوں گے، جبکہ 50 سہولت بازار اور 15 سہولت آن دی گو دستیاب ہوں گے۔ باقی 11 اضلاع میں عارضی رمضان سہولت بازار قائم کیے جائیں گے۔
  • فوری اقدامات: 60 تحصیلوں میں سہولت بازار کے لیے اراضی کی نشاندہی کی ہدایت۔
  • مانیٹرنگ: صوبائی مانیٹرنگ روم میں 1250 کیمروں کے ذریعے نرخ، صفائی، سیکورٹی اور دیگر امور کی نگرانی ہوگی۔
  • نرخ کم کرنے کی ہدایت: فلور ملز، چکن، کریانہ اور گھی ملز ایسوسی ایشن کے ساتھ سٹال قائم کرنے اور نرخ مزید کم کرانے کے اقدامات۔
• دیگر ہدایات: وزیراعلیٰ نے ادائیگی کو آسان بنانے، ہر ضلع میں نہروں کی صفائی بروقت مکمل کرنے، اور کارکردگی بہتر بنانے کی ہدایات دی ہیں۔ سہولت بازار پروجیکٹ کی کامیابی پر چیئرمین افضل کھوکھر اور ٹیم کو شاباش دی۔

The Chief Minister’s Secretariat confirmed that a record PKR 47 billion has been reserved exclusively for Ramzan relief this year. This is the largest provincial Ramzan package in Punjab’s history, focusing on subsidized food items, direct household support, and strict price regulation.
