ان اسکولوں سے مردم شماری کی تربیت کے لیے نامزد اساتذہ کی تبدیلی کی درخواست جہاں 50 فیصد سے زیادہ عملہ طلبہ اور تعلیمی اداروں کے مفاد میں مصروف ہے۔

TRAINING FROM THOSE SCHOOLS WHERE MORE THAN 50% STAFF
HAS BEEN ENGAGED IN THE INTEREST OF STUDENTS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES
Apropos the subject captioned above.
It has been brought in the notice of undersigned that from some schools of
the District Bahawalnagar, more than 50% staff has been engaged for Census training which is underway at present and the process of Census will start in February-2023.
While it is pertinent to mention here that as per educational calendar, this is
peak time for studies & preparation of exams in schools but the innocent students and
educational institutes are being suffered adversely.
In this scenario, it is proposed that at Tehsil level, Deputy District Education
Officers concern (who are Focal Person from School Education Department at Tehsil level) may be allowed to coordinate with Assistant Commissioner concerned for re-placement of such teachers who are engaged for Census more than 50% staff, so that students may
not suffer adversely.
It is therefore, requested that necessary instructions may kindly be passed
on to the Assistant Education Officers in the District Bahawalnagar for having positive, cooperative and prompt response to the Deputy District Education Officers concerned in above referred exercise of replacement (if any), please.

یہ بات زیر دستخطی کے نوٹس میں لائی گئی ہے کہ کچھ سکولوں کی طرف سے
ضلع بہاولنگر میں مردم شماری کی تربیت کے لیے 50 فیصد سے زائد عملہ مصروف عمل ہے جو اس وقت جاری ہے اور فروری 2023 میں مردم شماری کا عمل شروع ہو جائے گا۔
جبکہ یہاں یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ تعلیمی کیلنڈر کے مطابق یہ ہے۔
سکولوں میں پڑھائی اور امتحانات کی تیاری کا وقت سب سے زیادہ ہے لیکن معصوم طلباء اور
تعلیمی ادارے بری طرح متاثر ہو رہے ہیں۔
اس منظر نامے میں تجویز ہے کہ تحصیل سطح پر ڈپٹی ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن
متعلقہ افسران (جو تحصیل سطح پر محکمہ سکول ایجوکیشن کے فوکل پرسن ہیں) کو ایسے اساتذہ کی دوبارہ تعیناتی کے لیے متعلقہ اسسٹنٹ کمشنر کے ساتھ رابطہ قائم کرنے کی اجازت دی جا سکتی ہے جو مردم شماری کے لیے 50 فیصد سے زیادہ عملے میں مصروف ہیں، تاکہ طلبہ
منفی طور پر برداشت نہیں کرنا.
اس لیے گزارش ہے کہ ضروری ہدایات برائے مہربانی منظور کی جائیں۔
ضلع بہاولنگر کے اسسٹنٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسرز کو اوپر دی گئی تبدیلی کی مشق (اگر کوئی ہے) میں متعلقہ ڈپٹی ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسرز کو مثبت، تعاون پر مبنی اور فوری جواب دینے پر، برائے مہربانی۔
