- Additionally, if the candidate holds a higher qualification than the prescribed minimum degree for the job, the Division CGPA of the higher degree will be considered if the prescribed minimum degree is not equivalent.
- The retirement pension age is 60.
- Those already in government/semi-government services or autonomous bodies are required to submit a ‘No Objection Corticale (NOC)’ from their current employer at the time of interview or uppost while applying online. Part-time honoraria, visiting, apprenticeship, freelance, and intern experience do not count as experience.
- Only experience letters issued by the appropriate HR/Registration department will be accepted.
- Only eligible/final successful applicants will be contacted individually for a test/interview.

- Hard copies of applications will not be accepted. Applicants wishing to apply for more than one position must apply separately for each position.
- The application processing fee is Rs.3.000/- (non-refundable) for the posts of Pay Scale E-IV and Rs. 1,000- (non-refundable) is payable separately for each post through challan form (available on website) before the last date or upon submission of online job application.
- There is no application processing fee for Pay Scale J-VII and J-VIII posts. Applications for the indicated posts along with required documents must be received at the address provided below on or before the last date of application. However, no application processing fee applies to these postings.
