Sir.
I am advised to refer to the above subject and state that Rule 10(4)
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1989 provide for the appointment of one of the children, widow or wife of such civil servant who dies in service or becomes incapacitated/disabled during service or retires on medical grounds.

In this regard, a clarification was issued in the letter of this Ministry from even no.
w.e.f 21.02.2020, this daughter becomes the liability of her husband after marriage and hence not eligible for such appointment under Rule 10(4) of APT Rules, 1989.

It is further clarified that a married daughter after separation from her husband and dependent on her parents is also eligible for appointment under Rule 10(4) of the APT Rules, 1989 subject to the conditions that.

In the event that a married daughter is legally separated, she must submit a
divorce certificate duly issued by NADRA.

In the event that she usually broke up, she must submit a certificate from
of the Deputy Commissioner concerned in the sense that it is separated and
she is fully dependent on her parents after the breakup.
