SUBJECT: MONITORING VISITS OF SCHOOLS (PUBLIC & PRIVATE)

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to intimate that the Authority has desired that the respective Divisional Directors / Additional Directors shall conduct visits of schools from 02-09-2023 to onward as per allocated districts. The detail is as under.

The above said officers shall visit the schools as per given TORS: –
i) The respective officer shall pay surprise visit twice a week regularly (at least
05 schools including 02 Primary schools per day).
ii) Visit report shall be recorded as per attached Proforma.
iii) Monitoring Inspection Proforma must be signed by the respective officer.
iv) Pictorial evidence must be attached with the report.
I am, further directed to request you to ensure compliance of above said
directions in true letter & spirit and furnish visit report on the prescribed proforma along with pictorial evidence, on weekly basis. Furthermore, visit reports must be submitted to DPIS(SE/EE) Punjab, Lahore as per their allocated districts (List attached).
